This guy/gal has really bright colors...wasn't able to catch the bright blue tail feathers...hopefully I will have better luck next time :)

Hi Michele - I didn't make the feeder I bought that at a bird feed store; however I do make my own bird food. It's really easy just mix 3 cups bird food 1 cup fruit 1 gelatin package w/1 cup hot water, 3/4 cup flour, and I 3 Tbsp of karo syrup. Mix it all up and shape it. To shape it use a recycled good storage container.
